Bought a Glarry bass after reading many positive reviews and it lives up to all expectations. Excellent tone and playability straight out of the box. I like a high action for practising so this is perfect for me, most people would want to lower it a bit, so having the right allen key provided is a bonus. Good value. Action high. Tuners good. Saddles ok, not great. Fretboard good. Few fret burrs. Decent quality strings. Pickup has clean sound. Very light, which is nice, Good swag for price. A little crude overall, but if you want to try bass, or want one to take places you don't want to take you expensive base, it's a winner.

Overall the guitar is really good for the price you pay. The only things I wasnt very happy about was the strings that are being changed. Also the packaging was not the best the box arrived damaged causing a couple of dings in the body and neck but not enough to effect the performance of the guitar. I would however purchase another guitar from the company. Almost forgot the trem bar is pretty much useless as it does not work, but no big deal I dont ever use one.

I purchased this bass with the full intention of modifying the heck out of it. I had a new pickup picked out, new tuners, and was even looking to put a roasted maple neck on it. When I received the bass I was surprised at how light it was without being neck heavy. I give this one 4 Stars only because it came with loose screws on the pickups that I tightend (Quality control issue) and I had to do a bit of a setup on it to straighten the slight bow in the neck and lower the action unlike the "Burning Fire". Furthermore Glarry you have to do a better job at shipping the guitars. Guitars should be shipped as a box inside a box to absorb the rough transit through the shipping process. This is a first instrument I bought for my grandnephew, it is pretty descent out of the box but I did polish the frets, minor string height adjustments and set the intonation I think this guitar will take him down the road a few years until he's ready for a better quality guitar.

Over all, very impressed with products. Minor adjustments to be made, but that's to be expected. Frankly, most impressive is the fact that, even though i ordered the stand as well, it was not shipped with my guitar. first off,,, the guitar is beautiful,neck and frets are perfect. Small details , the little screws holding the tuners in were loose no problem just watch for this when tuning up For the money get it and set it to your liking and you will be pleased.Also , the saddle screws are very cheap but again what do you want for the money . The pickups and controls work fine for me. Im happy.

I am impressed. This is a good first bass guitar for the beginner. I love the finish on it. There are no fret sprouts. Just need a minor adjustment on the bridge - easy to do with the tool provided - to get the right height for me. The strings were in good shape. Normally, I replace the strings on inexpensive guitars but did not need to do so. Plugged it in and it sounds fine. The body is light.
