For a sub $100 bass it's really great. I just got it learn how to play and it sounds really good for what it is. When it arrived it was well intonated and set up decent, there was only one cosmetic blemish on the tuner but it was minor, the neck has either no finish or a very light finish but once you play it enough it smoothens up and feels good. Great bass would, definitely recommend to a new player.

The Guitar came quickly and is a beautiful guitar with a nice tone. The nut slots needed some work and it needed a setup, but that is to be expected with a guitar in this range. The neck is extremely playable! I also have a Glar Acoustic which I love.

I liked the affordable price and the look of the blue sunburst jazz bass. My plan was to completely modify it which I did. I sanded and stained the neck a darker color, applied several coats of polyurethane and a final coat of paste wax. I purchased the Glarry bass to be used with a student. After some minor setup it was ready to go. I purchased it with the little amplifier, I would probably not buy the amp again as it is sort of a tabletop practice amp. But I would certainly buy another Glarry bass. The guitar was bought for my daughter. She used her own allowance so it's awesome that she got a whole kit for a great price she could afford. The delivery was on time and shipped safely. The instrument works well, and is good quality in every regard I would know to look for. It was easy to tune and nothing snapped, she's been playing it out in the garage and loves it!!

I don't know how you folks do it, but this bass is a good, solid instrument, and at the price it's frankly AMAZING! Minor neck and intonation tweaking after shipping, and it's ready to hold it's own in recording, gigging, etc. Might have to try one of your guitars soon... ;-)

My Glarry GJazz! "Big Enos" I bought it with the intent to covert it to fret less. I also upgraded the pickups to Guitar Fetish 10k Alnico's. Also the electronics and the bridge. Considering the price, I have no choice but to give this 5 stars. Straight out of the box, a few adjustments are needed, but for a beginner, this is perfectly usable. For fun, I ended up completely modding mine, but after a proper setup it would have been totally fine as is. The neck is a bit chunky and some might have issues with that, but I liked it. This was a gift for my 20 year old son who has some experience playing but not much. He loves it and I love the price. It's a beautiful bass and the amp cant be beat for the price. Outstanding Bass and Outstanding shipping experience. Came completely encased in a Styrofoam case like surrounding as if the box of Styrofoam created a protective case around the whole instrument. Ordered on Thursday and delivered Tuesday! Great practice guitar for in.my drum room. May replace strings and have hooked it into a 50 watt amp vs.the 30watt that came with it just to get a deeper sound. Nothing wrong with anything, especially for the price! I want you to say this number out loud... $89.99. Louder... $89.99!!! This bass is worth way more than $89.99. I ordered the GP Bass slightly cringing thinking it might be a big dookie stick but fun to play with here and there. I am extremely happy with my purchase, it met the expectation I had for it, as well as exceeding it. It was surprisingly setup the way I wanted it straight out of the box. No sharp fret ends, smooth neck, stays in tune very well, none of the controls feel stiff, and it was very easy to get used to. Very well done to the team that constructed the model I received.
